The FI0M-U2-72 is a rugged industrial box PC for edge AI, multi-camera analytics and high-throughput industrial networking. Based on the EA510F platform, it combines Intel Core Ultra Arrow Lake U/H processors, seven Intel i210 GbE ports, 16DI/16DO, four USB 3.0 ports and a 9-36 V DC input. This is an actively cooled platform; it should not be specified as fanless.

Select the CPU and AI configuration

FI0M-U2-72 is the VstrongTechPC commercial model for the EA510F platform. Final quotations retain the applicable source configuration code. Available Arrow Lake processors are H-series 285H, 265H, 255H, 235H and 225H, plus U-series 265U, 255U, 235U and 225U. H-series order codes provide 28 W or 45 W processor base power and support the optional MXM module; U-series order codes provide 15 W processor base power. Maximum turbo power is listed at up to 115 W for the platform.
Dual-channel DDR5 SO-DIMM memory supports up to 64 GB. Integrated AI performance is workload- and SKU-dependent; the 99 TOPS figure is the sum of GPU 77 TOPS on 8Xe LPG+ SKUs, NPU 13 TOPS and CPU 9 TOPS, not an NPU-only rating. Provide the AI framework, model format, precision, latency target and expected camera streams before selecting a processor or optional MXM GPU.

Plan the network and peripheral map

The external network layout is seven Intel i210 GbE ports. USB connectivity is four USB 3.0 ports: three Type-A and one Type-C. COM1 supports RS-232/422/485, while COM2 supports RS-232. The platform also provides 16 digital inputs, 16 digital outputs and one line-out connection.
Display outputs include DP 1.4a up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, HDMI 2.1 up to 4096 x 2304 at 60 Hz in TMDS mode or 7680 x 4320 at 60 Hz in FRL mode, and VGA up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz. Confirm the required HDMI mode, cable and display compatibility before ordering.
Map each camera, PLC, scanner, drive, sensor and service connection to a physical port before quotation. Where PoE, protocol switching or extra COM is optional, state it explicitly in the RFQ. This prevents a nominal port count from hiding a controller, power-budget or cable-layout mismatch.

Verify mechanical, thermal and power limits

The enclosure measures 220 x 226 x 74.8 mm and weighs approximately 3.4 kg. The specified mounting method is wall mounting. The listed environment is 0 to 50 C operating and -40 to 85 C storage, with non-condensing humidity limits of 95% at 40 C operating and 95% at 60 C storage.
Power input is 9-36 V DC ±10% with AT/ATX management and a listed maximum consumption of 200 W. The platform is actively cooled and an H-series MXM configuration can add up to a 60 W GPU, so check fan clearance, airflow, connector bend radius, grounding and the available DC power budget under the maximum application load.
